The job exists to plan and execute PSH’s corporate and digital strategy to amplify the organization’s reach and consumer access to quality healthcare information, products, and services by leveraging on digital channels and social networks.
• Establishes an overall digital marketing strategy for impact.
• Expands existing platforms (Vybz mobile application, WhatsApp groups, social media
pages) to widen reach.
• Works cross-functionally with brand specialists, technical teams, programme teams and
local partners to learn about PSH Zimbabwe’s initiatives and source creative and engaging
content.
• Creates social media dissemination strategy for each post and publication.
• Develops and maintains a social media calendar and content plan to reach PSH’s target
audience.
• Engages with PSH’s target audiences across all health areas.
• Monitors and update social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube,
Instagram).
• Adapts to changing social media trends and recommend best practices and tools.
• Creates communication campaigns on social media to increase reach of PSH content and
acquire leads.
• Works with social media listening platforms to create and maintain list of social media
influencers, as well as engage and schedule content upon approval.
• Works with Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw and InDesign, as well as Canva to create
PSH branded social media graphics to increase engagement.
• Creates imagery for social media campaigns, posts, and web pages.
• Creates and edits video content in line with organisational guidelines.
• Develops or supports the development of digital media assets (websites, mobile
applications, chatbots).
• Provides or supports the maintenance of PSH digital media assets (websites, mobile
applications, chatbots).
• Tracks analytics for all PSH Zimbabwe digital platforms (including establishing goals and
trackers).
• Creates an effective engagement funnel for consumers/customers.
• Provides campaign-based, monthly, and quarterly reports on all digital marketing platforms
• A bachelor’s degree in digital, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience working with HTML/CSS, WordPress and other content management systems
and CRMs.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, A/B testing (split testing), Google analytics, social media
marketing and online advertising.
• Good knowledge of evolving social media landscape (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube,
Instagram, Tik Tok) and other digital tools to successfully engage audiences
