DINING HALL SUPERVISOR (5 POSTS)

Duties and Responsibilities


Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the area of responsibility.
• Accountable for the safekeeping and storage of cutlery, crockery and utensils.
• Resolving minor cases of student misconduct.
• Scanning students and issuing meal tickets and providing meal attendance with statistics to the Senior Cook for planning purposes.
• Monitoring the quality and presentation of meals in liaison with Senior Cooks and making sure that meals are always on the served on time.
• Safeguarding Departmental assets in the dining hall against theft, i.e. cutlery, benches and computers.
• Offering high quality services at University functions

Qualifications and Experience


Applicants should fulfil the below requirements
• 5 'O' Levels inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
• Higher National Diploma (HEXCO) in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
