Looking a receptionist that is bilingual English and Chinese speaker (HSK2/3)
Greeting & Welcoming: Warmly receive clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed appropriately.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information about the company.
Bilingual Assistance: Assist Mandarin-speaking clients and visitors with basic inquiries (corresponding to HSK 2/3 level communication).
Administrative Support: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services; maintain the reception area's cleanliness.
Scheduling: Assist with booking meeting rooms and managing basic calendars.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Language Skills:
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Mandarin Chinese proficiency at an HSK 2 or HSK 3 level (ability to handle basic greetings, simple conversations, and directional inquiries).
Tech Savvy: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of professionalism.
