* Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
* Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)
* Handle employee queries and provide basic HR guidance
* Support payroll, leave tracking, and attendance records
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
* Assist in training coordination and staff welfare activities
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information
* Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain employee records and filing systems
* Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documents
* Update attendance, leave, and payroll data
* Respond to employee queries and provide support
* Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Support performance management processes
* Handle basic disciplinary and grievance documentation
* Keep HR information confidential and organized
* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* At least **1 year of experience** in an HR or administrative role
* Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
