QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES
• Ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent with 2.1 or better grades.
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing and motivated team through effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Labour Act and HR processes would be an added advantage.
