Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacancies within the Rural Electrification Fund. Applicants should submit an application letter accompanied by a detailed Curriculum Vitae and certified copies of academic and professional certificates.

Human Resource and Administration Officer (1 Post)
- Masvingo Province

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
• Administers recruitment and selection of candidates.
Co-ordinates performance management system at the province.
Co-ordinates and attends disciplinary hearing processes for non-managerial staff.
Monitors Provincial health and safety processes.
Co-ordinates staff training and development programmes.
Monitors the general administration of vehicles at Provincial level.
Monitors staff leave and compiles quarterly leave reconciliation schedules.
• Maintains Provincial Master Asset Register.
• Administers the remuneration of employees in the province.

Qualifications and Experience

Social Science degree
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience.
• Corporate membership of a professional institution.
• Class 4 Driver's Licence
• A good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• SAP experience is an added advantage.
