Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team!

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and talent acquisition
• Employee relations and engagement
• Compensation administration
• Policy implementation and review
• Performance management

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:
• Possession of a Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.
• Possession of an Institute of People Management in Zimbabwe (IPMZ) qualification or working to-
wards attaining such will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of modern payroll systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
