A well-established and growing organization in the manufacturing industry is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and results-oriented individuals to fill the position of Human Resources Manager.
Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning and organisational development.
Oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with labour laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports for management.
Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience in Human Resources management.
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
