Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years' HR experience, preferably within hospitality or a luxury service environment
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Experience with HR systems and performance management tools
• A passion for service excellence and employee development
