JOB OVERVIEW
Our client in the service industry is seeking an HR Officer to provide strategic organisational development and HR consultancy services.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead organisational development strategies aligned with business objectives and service standards.
• Conduct assessments to identify structural, cultural, and performance gaps.
• Develop and monitor performance management systems to drive accountability and service excellence.
• Facilitate workforce planning, succession, and talent development initiatives.
• Design and deliver training and capacity-building programmes for operational needs.
• Review and optimise organisational structures, roles, and reporting lines.
• Monitor HR metrics to support strategic decisions and organisational improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience with proven consultancy experience (mandatory).
• Expertise in organisational development, change management, and organisational design.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, HR compliance, and best practices.
• Experience designing and facilitating training and capacity-building programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address organisational challenges.
