We are looking for a strategic, tech-savvy Human Resources Officer to join our team.
The HR Officer will play a key role in talent management, digital HR transformation and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Support restructuring, manage the digital Performance Management System (PMS) and facilitate monthly engagement activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, manage the training calendar from needs analysis to evaluations and drive the internal Innovation Hub.
• Serve as the first point of contact for grievances/disciplinary issues; ensure 100% compliance with Zimbabwe Labour Laws.
• Coordinate wellness initiatives
• Deliver periodic reports on HR matrices
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Degree in HR, Business Admin, or Psychology. (MSc/MBA or IPMZ/CIPD certification is a plus).
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar HR role.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Microfinance sector and Zimbabwean regulatory environment.
• Skills: Expertise in change management, labour law, and digital HR tools.
