Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
Overseeing and managing administrative and operational activities of occupational Health services.
Management of SHEPCO Group clinic primary health care.
Evaluating and treating all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional
manner within the scope of practice ensuring consistence with clinical nursing guidelines.
Maintaining reports and employees medical files.
Management of the COVID-19 pandemic in line with Ministry of Health protocol.
Identifying Primary, Secondary and Tertiary prevention & Health promotion strategies to optimise health of the employees.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, related to clinical operations.
Implementation of the organisation’s Safety Health Environment and Quality Management system.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
5 O’ levels including English and Maths.
Relevant Diploma/Degree.
Nurses council registration and valid practicing certificate.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in an Industrial clinic.
Medical Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ Licence) will be an added
advantage.
