Kitchen Porter - KHCC
Introduction
Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the position of Kitchen Porter. The successful candidate will be based at Kadoma Hotel and Conference Centre.
The position reports to the Head Porter.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
* Keeping kitchen areas clean and sanitized.
* Disposal of garbage.
* Maintaining cleanliness in food storerooms.
* Washing kitchen utensils.
* Setting up buffet areas.
* Collection of issues from stores.
Qualifications and Experience
Job Specifications:
The candidate should have the following:
* Five (5) Ordinary level passes including English Language.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* General business knowledge.
