The Fintech business is looking for is looking for a versatile, energetic and dynamic Logistics and Administration Officer to join its diverse team. The role exits to provide and implement the Fintech business logistics and administration operational support to promote uniform standards and execution in so far as such processes impact e-commerce business operations, reporting, information flow and management, business processes and organizational planning.
Ensures e-commerce logistics and mobility partner registration to activation process is completed within set guidelines.
Tracks e-commerce transactions completed per business daily, weekly and monthly in line with the business plan.
Prepares daily logistics and administration reports from the E-commerce platform and delivery partners to track customer acquisition, sales and revenue activities on a daily basis.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly 3PL’s (3rd Party Logistics providers) performance in line with the SLAs entered with the 3PL’s.
Monitors competitor activities and initiates activities which give business competitive edge.
Analyses e-commerce volume, spend, usage patterns and delivery trends performance against set targets.
Prepares and makes e-commerce product presentations to prospective customers.
Implements plans to improve e-commerce operational effectiveness and efficiency
Analyses and maintains operational data and makes recommendations to the Product Manager – E-commerce.
Receives and verifies the details of partner payment schedules to confirm accuracy and resolves partner payment queries for the Fintech business.
Supports Fintech business administration requirements.
