Job Description
We are a vibrant and growing floral business specializing in fresh cut flowers (Infinite Bloom), floral arrangements, and event floral décor. Our mission is to bring beauty, creativity, and joy into every space with flowers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Marketing Campaigns
Plan and run marketing strategies that promote floral products, services, and events.
Manage Social Media & Online Presence
Create and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Drive Brand Visibility & Engagement
Strengthen the brand image through storytelling, design, and consistent messaging.
Support Sales & Customer Growth
Launch promotions, build customer loyalty, and analyze marketing performance data.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a marketing role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation platforms.
Passion for flowers, creativity, and a proactive approach to work.
