💼 MARKETING OPPORTUNITY IN THE SECURITY INDUSTRY
Strike Security (Pvt) Ltd, a Harare-based security company, is expanding and is inviting experienced and motivated marketing partners to assist in sourcing security service contracts.
We are looking for individuals who understand the security services industry and are capable of identifying opportunities such as:
Duties and Responsibilities
Job Related
Qualifications and Experience
Static 12-hour guard security contracts
• Alarm system installation and monitoring services
• Security contracts from schools, companies, farms, residential estates, construction sites, mines, and institutions
• Tender opportunities for security services
💰 Commission Structure
• Earn a minimum commission of 5% for every 12-hour guard contract secured
• Commission may be negotiated depending on the size and nature of the contract
• Commission is paid once the client has made payment to the company
• Strike Security will handle deployment, operations, and service delivery

• People confident in approaching organizations and institutions
• Individuals capable of identifying tender opportunities
⚡ Age is not a barrier. This is a performance-based commission opportunity.
📍 Location
Although Strike Security (Pvt) Ltd is based in Harare, marketers may be located anywhere in Zimbabwe, including Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo, and other towns.
As long as you are able to source genuine security contracts, the company can deploy guards to the client’s location and proceed with a formal agreement.
⭐ Individuals who already know organizations currently looking for security services are strongly encouraged to apply.
⭐ Marketers capable of securing larger contracts requiring multiple guards are particularly welcome.
📌 Important Note
Commission will only be payable for contracts directly introduced and secured by the marketer and acknowledged by the company prior to contract signing.
Successful candidates will enter into a formal marketing agreement with Strike Security (Pvt) Ltd.
