We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced and growing business. This role requires someone proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Source and capture information from various online and offline platforms
Accurately input, update, and maintain records on a daily basis
Ensure all records reflect current market activity and are kept up to date
Monitor and update status changes while maintaining historical records where required
Identify and correct incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information
Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear and accurate information to assist with general queries
Coordinate schedules and manage appointments between different parties
Maintain and update calendars, ensuring all bookings are properly confirmed
Track payments and service-related fees and maintain accurate records
Follow up on outstanding items, including payments and pending actions
Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
Maintain organized documentation and internal records
Assist in coordinating activities with external stakeholders
Monitor processes and report any issues, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and quality at all times
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in administration, operations, or customer support
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and online systems
