PORTER WAITER (7 POSTS)
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assisting the Senior Cook and Junior Cook to prepare meals.
• Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and tidy.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic bin area.
• Assisting in cleaning the restaurant.
• Arranging stocks neatly in the pantry.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should fulfil the below requirements:
• Minimum of five ‘O’ Level passes including English.
• HEXCO National Certificate in Professional Cookery/Hospitality or equivalent.
