A fast-growing healthcare organisation is launching an innovative product designed to make
quality healthcare more affordable and accessible for families, communities, and organisations.
We are looking for an energetic, commercially sharp, execution-focused Product Manager to
lead the rollout and growth of this new offering.
Your Mission
Launch the product into the market
Drive customer sign-ups and growth
Build partnerships with churches, companies, communities, and groups
Gather customer insights and improve the product continuously
Build trust, momentum, and strong market presence
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Can sell ideas and win customers
Thinks strategically but executes practically
Is confident engaging ordinary everyday individuals, communities and decision-makers
Can solve problems creatively with limited resources
Has strong ownership mentality
Thrives in building something new
Preferred Background
Experience in sales, business development, product management, healthcare, insurance, retail
growth, or community mobilisation is an advantage.

Write down the transcripts to these interviews and comment on what you have learnt from them.
Part 2: 7-Day Launch Plan
Imagine you start Monday with zero budget except transport and phone airtime and you
are asked to get 100 customers for a health access membership product.
How would you get 100 signups in 7 days?
Submit a practical action plan including:
