CARITAS Hwange is the Relief and Development arm of the Roman Catholic Church under the Diocese of Hwange. Vacancies have arisen for the following posts in Hwange and Nkayi districts.

PROGRAM OFFICER (Hwange District)
Duties and Responsibilities
Principal responsibilities;
• Registration of food aid beneficiaries.
• Compiling food distribution plans.
• Distribution of food.
• Food aid project record-keeping.
• Food aid project monitoring and evaluation.
• Distribution of agricultural inputs.
• Training of farmers.
• Project report writing.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and experience;
• Post graduate Diploma in Disaster Management.
• Honours Degree in Agriculture or Development Studies (Masters degree will be an added advantage).
• 3 years experience in disaster management or rural development.
• Possess a clean Class 4 driver's licence.
• As an aspiring employee of the faith based organisation, the candidate should be sober-minded, honest, self-motivated with outstanding inter-personal skills.
