A Non-Governmental Organization is looking to hire a graduate intern to join its team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
The intern will directly assist the Program Officer with a wide range of project activities related to day to day support to project implementation and ensuring conformity to expected results, outputs, objectives and work plan; Compilation of activity and monthly progress report and other reporting material; Organizing and conducting meetings with line ministries and other relevant stakeholders; Assist Program Officer in project implementation and monitoring, including participation in fields visits; The candidate will also have opportunities to engage directly and learn from the Organization’s staff and any other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies or any relevant social sciences; Written and verbal communication skills; Team player; Must be a self-starter and innovative; Fluent in English and Ndebele; Able to read and write Ndebele.
