I Love Black People (ILBP) is a Pan African technology organisation helping protect Black people from racism and afrophobia through community-recommended businesses.
We seek a Project Manager to drive product-market fit for iloveblackpeople.com/app: help users find value, return and recommend it. Based at our Harare office, you will report to the Co-Founder and work with the Data Lead and Tech Lead.
• Identify early adopters and turn feedback, research and app data into product improvements.
• Coordinate development, outreach and volunteers; resolve blockers and follow through on delivery.
• Improve onboarding, business discovery, recommendation quality and referrals.
• Track activation, repeat use, useful business coverage, referrals and acquisition costs.
• Maintain a Kanban board, clear responsibilities and accountability.
• Experience managing digital products with measurable adoption or retention results.
• Comfortable with user research, analytics, experiments and developer coordination.
• Strong organisation, communication, judgement and leadership across office, remote and volunteer teams.
• A committed Pan Africanist aligned with I Love Black People's mission.
