General Requirements
Must have at least a Degree in Food Science
: Must be knowledgeable about all food safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by local government regulations
• Be competent and trained in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system principles
• A lead Audit certificate ISO 22000/BRC will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years' experience in quality management
• A clean Class 4 driver's licence
