Job Description

 Acts as first point of contact that is dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Taking and passing on messages to the relevant members of staff or visitors.
 Welcoming SFI visitors.
 Receiving mail and forwarding it to relevant departments.
 Filing and maintaining records at the reception.
 Processing employee hampers in liaison with the HR department.
 Assisting with sourcing of quotations, processing of Petty Cash requisitions,
 Processing of airtime for employees
 Processing of fuel allocations for employees.
 Escorting dignitaries to the relevant offices as and when necessary.
 Handling customer queries and requests appropriately
 Sourcing Head Office stationery, toiletries, and teas.
 Assisting with serving of refreshments during meetings, hearings, or interviews.
 Stock management of toiletries at Head Office.
 Maintaining reception area in a presentable condition.
 Performing any other administrative duties as assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications and Experience

 5 ‘O’ level subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
 Certificate or Diploma in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Reception Management or equivalent.
 At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
