We seek to engage a qualified, experienced and energetic individual to fill in the position of a Receptionist/Secretary in our Mutare Branch.
1.Attending to all company visitors and directing them to the relevant departments.
2.Attending to company switchboard screening, directing, making and receiving calls on behalf of the company employees in line with the company policy.
5.Ensuring timely collection of mail, and receiving, recording and directing incoming mail as per mail handling policy.
6.Taking and typing relevant minutes as directed.

8.Maintaining reception area in a presentable condition
1. Minimum of a Diploma in Secretarial studies/Business administration/Office management.
2. At least 2 years working experience as a Receptionist/Secretary.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Good ethical and moral values.
