Job Description
Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting for bids from reputable companies, registered with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
ZSM123/25. Consultancy services for approved training organisation certification manual document. (Qty - 1); Consultancy service for quality manual document (Qty - 1).
ZSM124/25. Nissan AEX 5027 Vehicle: Attend to stiff steering wheel and pulley belt, Inspection visit - 27 May at 1030 hours (Qty - 1).
ZSM125/25. ACQ 1331 Yutong Bus: Repairing air bags (Qty - 2), Leaking pipe for Air (Qty - 1), Adjusting brakes (Qty -1); Replace clutch plate (Qty - 1).
ZSM126/25. Repairs of Dell Inspiron 5410 laptops [Inspection visit - 27 May at 1030 hours] (Qty – 3).
ZSM127/25. Service and Repair: HP M680 LaserJet printer (Qty - 1); [Inspection visit - 27 May at 1030 hours].
ZSM128/25. Dry Cleaning Services: Shower Curtains (Qty - 12), 2-in-1 Blankets (Qty - 10), Blankets (Qty - 9), Summer Sheets (Qty - 37), Door Mat (Qty - 1), Pillow Cases (Qty - 26), Fitted Sheet (Qty - 1),

ZSM130/25. Overalls: 2 Yellow & 20 White (Qty - 22), Work suits in royal blue (Qty - 22), Helmets: (Qty - 2), Yellow & 20 White (Qty - 22), Safety shoes (Boot – steel toe) (Qty - 22), Khakis Shirts (Qty - 10), Golf T-Shirts (Staff) (Qty - 20) [Samples needed upon submission].

ZSM132/25. Qualifications and Experience
Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
1. Attach copy of valid tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category).
3. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
4. Delivery period is 28 working days.
5. Payment methods should be indicated
6. Bid validity
7. Quotations valid for 30 days
8. Quotations must be VAT inclusive.
NB: Failure to submit the above requirements will lead to disqualification
How to Apply
Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Procurement Reference number. All quotations are to be placed in the tender box situated at ZSM administration block or sent through our PMU email address: pmu@zsm.co.zw, on or before the closing date indicated above at 1400 hours sharp.
