We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and digital marketing, and eager to contribute to business growth through client acquisition and online visibility.
The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, confident in communicating with clients, and experienced in building strong online brand presence. A proven passion and flair for sales and digital platforms is essential. Knowledge of the construction industry is a strong advantage.
Sales and Client Engagement
- Find New Clients: Research target markets and generate leads through calls, emails, events, and social media.
- Outreach: Call and message potential clients to introduce services and identify their needs.
- Client Meetings: Hold virtual or in-person meetings to pitch services and build relationships.
- Proposals & Follow-Up: Write clear business proposals and follow up to close deals.
- Reporting: Keep track of sales activities and update records using CRM tools.
- Client Care: Maintain good relationships with clients and offer support after sales.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence
- Manage Social Media: Create and update content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Create Content: Write blogs, social posts, emails, and collaborate on videos or podcasts.
- Improve Website & SEO: Make sure the website ranks well on search engines, loads quickly, and gets visitors to take action.
- Run Online Ads: Set up and monitor ads on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn for the best return.
- Email Campaigns: Send out promotional emails and set up automated sequences.
- Align Marketing with Sales: Ensure marketing supports sales goals using CRM systems.
- Reputation Management: Track reviews and mentions, and respond to maintain a positive image.
• A Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion.
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficient in CRM software, email marketing tools, SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and proposal development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is highly desirable.
• There is no age limit for the role; applications from both male and female candidates are encouraged.
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage as the role may require occasional travel for client meetings or activations.
