Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building brand loyalty, and improving local visibility. In addition they will also be responsible for focusing on managing digital platforms, generating leads, creating promotional campaigns, and enhancing the overall customer experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This includes posting "before-and-after" repair photos, showcasing shop culture, and highlighting team expertise.
Local SEO: Manage and optimize the garage's Google Business Profile by updating operating hours, adding photos, and responding to customer questions.
Reputation Management: Proactively request customer reviews after service is completed and monitor local feedback to maintain a strong, trustworthy reputation
Lead Tracking & CRM: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track prospective clients, log customer interactions, and manage follow-ups for routine maintenance.
Promotional Campaigns: Design and deploy promotional campaigns (e.g., seasonal tire change specials, oil change discounts) via email marketing or text alerts.
Customer Outreach: Reach out to local fleet managers or nearby corporate offices to pitch B2B auto repair and maintenance contracts
Service Advising: Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and help clearly explain what services are required.
Follow-Up Calls: Conduct 24- to 48-hour follow-up calls or send surveys to ensure clients were satisfied with their repair experience and address any concerns

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must be currently enrolled from a recognised institution in Sales,Markerting,Digital or Business Management.
Candidates should demostrate strong communication,skills,compute literacy and commitment to learn
