The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting security services, acquiring new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for security services
Marketing guarding, alarm response, and related security solutions
Conducting client visits, presentations, and service proposals
Preparing quotations, contracts, and sales reports
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Achieving set sales targets and revenue growth
Coordinating marketing activities, promotions, and brand visibility
Conducting market research and competitor analysis
Following up on leads, inquiries, and service renewals
Working closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Any other duties assigned by management
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing (security industry experience is an added advantage)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Good understanding of customer relationship management
Valid driver’s licence is a must
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
