Job Description
Work Location: Bluffhill Harare
Job Purpose: The job is essential in driving business growth and enhancing brand equity.
Maintaining strong client connections, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business success. The incumbent is also responsible for generating sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to reach target market and drive
business growth.
• Be actively involved in generating sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market
trends.
• coordinate the presentation and demonstration of products/services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer experience and retention.
• Achieve individual and teams’ sales targets
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Utilizing online platforms to sale and market company products/services.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications and Experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/business studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience managing sales in a corporate setting
• Clean class 4 driver’s license a must
• Digital media advertising experience
• A proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
