SALES CONSULTANT (DULY TRUCKS)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates
to fill the position of Sales Consultant at Duly Trucks.
Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through the promotion and sale of commercial vehicles and buses, including Volvo, Eicher, UD, Yutong, and Zhongtong brands. The incumbent will be expected to identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and provide effective product and after-sales support to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Volvo, Eicher, UD, Yutong, Zhongtong, and other commercial vehicles and buses
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the transport, logistics, mining, construction, and passenger transport sectors
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and financing proposals where applicable
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with workshop, parts, and service departments to ensure effective customer support and after-sales service
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• Proven sales experience in commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, or related industries
• Knowledge of Volvo, Eicher, UD, Yutong, and Zhongtong products will be an added advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Clean Class 4 Driver's Licence
