Impala Travel is expanding its commercial team and invites a high-performing Sales Executive to play a key role in driving business growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting our local and international travel solutions, building strong client relationships and supporting the brand’s mission of delivering outstanding travel experiences.
• Sell local and international travel packages and other travel packages to clients
• Formulate customized travel packages based on client preferences and budget requirements
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share through proactive sales initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations and competitive offerings
• Minimum of 3 years' proven sales experience in the travel industry
• A relevant professional qualification in travel, tourism, sales or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in selling local and international travel packages
• Proven ability to formulate attractive and competitive travel packages
• Strong track record in lead generation and conversion
• Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach to sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Valid driver's license (essential)
