Job Description
An organisation in Travel and Car Rental industry is looking for an experienced sales professional to join their Sales and Marketing Department. This is a high-pressure role, you will be expected to generate sales and meet agreed targets through effective negotiation. Applicants require a clean class 4 driver's license and should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Duties and Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
▪ Developing and implementing sales plans
▪ Client acquisition.
▪ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
▪ Briefing the manager on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
▪ Organizing marketing activities
▪ Increasing brand awareness for the company
▪ Maintain good customer relationship through client management
▪ Resolving customer problems as needed
▪ Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
▪ Competitor analysis
▪ Drafting sales forecasts
▪ Addressing client complaints as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience : 4 years plus
Educational Qualifications : Degree/ Diploma
Qualifications: Sales and Marketing
Software : Microsoft Office / Excel experience is required
Knowledge of Sales and Customer Service
Skills : To Interact with Customers and Achieve Sales Targets
Ability To Communicate Effectively both Written and Verbal
