Light Guard Security is looking for a highly motivated ,self driven Salesperson with a minimum of 3 years business development experience and a Diploma in Sales.The Salesperson will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive client acquisition and contract sourcing within the Security services sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
To drive revenue growth through proactive client acquisition ,contract sourcing and relationship management within the Security services sector.The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,securing service contracts and expanding the Companys' client portfolio in line with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
1.Proactively identify ,target and secure new business opportunities within the Security Industry.
2.Lead end to end sales processes ,including prospecting ,proposal development ,negotiation and contract closure.
3.Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
4.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high value ,long term contracts.
5.Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
6.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations ,proposals and tender documents.
7.Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Must have experience in the Security Industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of commercial awareness and business acumen.
Results driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
A minimum of 3 years' business development experience and a diploma in Sales or Commercial discipline with strong inclination towards sales and/ business development. Marketing or Sales professional courses will be an added advantage.
Valid drivers' license
