A full time Sales Officer position has arisen in our Harare Office for a dynamic and results driven sales person.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Officer with a solid medical aid insurance background to grow our client base, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive contributions growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, advising clients on suitable medical aid packages, and closing new business while ensuring ongoing members satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
We seeking for a person to:
* Identify, prospect, and secure new medical aid business
* Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate medical aid solutions
* Maintain and grow an existing member portfolio
* Prepare and present quotations and proposals
* Provide after-sales service and ongoing member support
* Maintain accurate member records and sales reports
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Insurance & Risk Management or related field
* 1 -3 insurance sales experience
* Clean driver's licence
