The FMCG Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling company products to retail outlets and distributors, building strong customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and achieving sales targets while ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.
Promote and sell company products to retail outlets and distributors.
Achieve set sales targets and grow customer accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships and secure new clients.
Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability in stores.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (4-year) is preferred.
A minimum of five (5) FMCG professional experience is required
