Job Description
ZRCS is a humanitarian organization which operates Food Hub and Canteens (among other SBUs) , these are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Funds raised by these SBUs helps the organization in its humanitarian work.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market presence. The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships with current customers, and achieving agreed sales targets
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Promote and sell the company’s food products to existing and potential customers
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships
3. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
6. Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Qualifications and Experience
1. Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
2. Two years experience in food distribution or retail sales is an added advantage
3. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Results-oriented with a passion for sales
7. Good organizational and time management skills
8. Valid driver’s license
