Sales Representative – Medical Aid
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell medical aid products to individuals and corporate clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales (experience in medical aid/insurance is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
