Vacancy : Senior Bank Examiner – Legal and Enforcement
Our client is seeking an exceptional professional to take up the role of Senior Bank Examiner – Legal and Enforcement. This is a strategic opportunity for a seasoned specialist to contribute to the stability and integrity of the financial sector. The role is designed to champion regulatory compliance, enforce adherence to statutory and supervisory standards, and strengthen governance across regulated institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
❖ Review and recommend approval or rejection of registration applications from regulated institutions.
❖ Participate in on‑site examinations and analyse off‑site supervision reports to assess legal and regulatory compliance.
❖ Prepare quarterly enforcement reports.
❖ Review newly gazetted statutory instruments and produce legal review reports.
❖ Contribute to the review and enhancement of the legal and regulatory framework in line with best practice.
❖ Participate in assessing supervisory actions and resolution strategies.
❖ Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters and recommend improvements.
❖ Provide input for reports prepared for Banking sector stakeholders.

❖ A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
❖ A minimum of Three (3) years relevant experience
