Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Services & Strategy Executive to lead key accounts and drive strategic thinking across client campaigns. This role requires a confident communicator who thrives under pressure, has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or business, and brings both strategic depth and client management

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Services:

Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring strong, trust-based relationships
Lead campaign briefings, reviews, and debriefs with internal teams and clients
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
Manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high standard of service across all touchpoints
Drive client retention and growth through outstanding service and value delivery
Strategy:

Develop integrated marketing strategies based on data, insights, and client objectives
Translate client briefs into strategic plans that guide creative, digital, and media buying teams
Monitor market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Prepare and present strategic recommendations, pitch decks, and campaign performance reviews
Collaborate with the research and analytics team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (agency experience is a strong advantage)
Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing platforms
Proven ability to think both creatively and analytically
Excellent project management, multitasking, and leadership skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio, etc.
