Job Description

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and customer-focused individuals for the position of Service Advisor that has risen within the group.

Duties and Responsibilities

>Act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop.
>Receive vehicles for service and repairs and accurately capture customer concerns.
>Prepare job cards, service estimates and invoices in line with company and manufacturer standards.
>Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians and parts department.
>Communicate service progress, additional work requirements and completion timelines to customers.
>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to Jaguar Land Rover brand standards.
>Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
>Maintain accurate service records and warranty documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably within a dealership or premium automotive environment.
>Strong customer service and communication skills.
>Computer literacy (dealer management systems and MS Office).
>Valid driver’s licence.
>Automotive or technical qualification is an added advantage.
