The incumbent will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Service Station
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Manager, the incumbent’s duties include:
Promoting and enforcing safe practices on the site in line with the Company’s Health Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy.
Ensuring excellent customer engagement and service delivery at the forecourt.
Leading, motivating, supervising, and providing support to the team on shift.
Training and coaching forecourt cashiers in all aspects of site operations.
Daily stock and sales reconciliation and reporting.
Ensuring execution of all daily service station operations to the highest standards.
Maintaining the highest level of housekeeping on the site and conducting compliance checklists.
Conducting spot checks on forecourt cashiers.
Assisting the Site Manager in his/her daily duties.

Qualifications and Experience
Must have a minimum of Five O-Levels (including Maths and English), and any tertiary qualification e.g. National Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
Experience working in a fuel station an added advantage.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
