we are looking for a shop supervisor needed for our retail shop to ensure the accomplishment of customer satisfactory. One who has good communication and managerial skills. One who will communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful
Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
Qualifications and Experience
- minimum qualifications from a diploma in retail and logistics management or related.
- an experience in hard retail management mostly preferred.
