SITE FOREMAN

• Scheduling of works and following projects plans
• Coordination and mobilizing of resources
• Communicate scope of work to operators and contractors
• Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment
• Provide full-time on-site supervision
• Facilitate a safe work culture
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good physical condition and stamina
• At least 5 years working experience with a relevant qualification.
