Job Description
As our Social Media Strategist & Website Maintenance Specialist, you will develop and implement innovative social media strategies, create engaging content, and manage our online community. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our website to ensure optimal performance, security, and fresh content.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance; adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Manage website updates, including content uploads, plugin updates, security patches, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with website content and promotions.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and website best practices.
Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to align social media campaigns with website content
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
Basic knowledge of website management
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus
Excellent communication and creative skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
