TN Baker is looking for qualified and experienced STORES CLERKS to join the team!

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description
• Issuing out various raw-materials to production and keeping an updated record of stock items using both physical and electronic Bin Cards systems.
• Receiving, through GRVs, finished goods from our production units and from
outside suppliers as well as issuing them out to Sales department and other relevant user-departments using appropriate stores documentation (such as Stores Issue Vouchers) and procedures.
• Ensuring smooth handover takeovers at change of shifts.
• Maintaining EOQ, Minimum Reorder Levels, and other applicable efficient
inventory management processes.
• Carrying out frequent inventory counts and ensuring that physical stock
balances are reconciling with theoretical balances on Bin Cards and or the
electronic system.
• Ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly stores reports are produced on time.
• Raising stores requisition forms to request for procurement of stock items
running out.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
• Superb organizational skills
• High degree of accuracy.
• Excellent time management

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
• A Diploma in Purchasing and supply chain management Or
• A certificate in Purchasing and supply chain management plus a
minimum of 1year experience.
