Job Description

The organization seeks to recruit qualified and experienced individuals to be responsible for the stock control and management of a warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

-New warehouse system setup.
-Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and stock-outs.
-Place orders to replenish materials, accessories and machine spares.
-Coordinate regular inventory audits.
-Keep updated inventory records including daily shipments.
-Oversee storage of products.
-Testing product quality in liaison with end users.
-Producing weekly stock movement reports.
-Evaluate suppliers, offers and negotiate profitable agreements.
-Ensure high standards of housekeeping is maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

1.Minimum of HND in Stores management/Purchasing and Supply chain management.
2. Knowledge of Pastel is a prerequisite.
3. Minimum of 5 years working experience in Stores.
4. Class 4 driver's licence
