Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the above position.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Managing stores
2. Receiving and issuing of goods
3. Maintaining stores record and bin cards
4. Reconciling the inventory module to the General Ledger
5. Reconciling production to sales
6. Stocks reconciliations
7. Managing stock takes
8. Compiling stock reports
9. Requisitions to replenish stock
10. To oversee loading and dispatch of trucks to customers

Qualifications and Experience

1) Degree/Diploma in Accounting
2) Stores/ Purchasing Diploma
3) Knowledge and experience with Sage Evolution
4) At least 2 years proven experience managing inventory
5) Excellent organisational and planning skills
6) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
7) Reliable and trustworthy
