VACANCY NOTICE
Stores Controller (C3)
Location: Msasa Depot
Reporting to: Accountant
An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and motivated individual to join our Finance Department as a Stores Controller. The job exists for the purpose of maintaining stocks in the plant stores and ensuring that all plant consumables are available.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepares monthly stores reports in Navision D365
* Monthly and quarterly stock counts
* Prepare monthly stock requirements
* Issue stocks; process invoices
* GRN
* Prepare inventory reports
* Supervise stores
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in Logistics and Supply Management / Stores Management / Warehouse Management / Operations Management
* Computer literate, SAP, Navision D365
* Clean Class 4 driver’s license
* CIPS Diploma or any other equivalent will be an added advantage
* Knowledge in any of the systems ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
* A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
* Knowledge of stock management
* Inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
