Job Description

One of our clients in the transport industry is looking for a stores manager to start immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities

- working in a equipment and parts warehouse and will be responsible for planning and determining of economic orders of all inventory items in a timely and efficient manner to avoid stocks outs.
-Ensuring proper maintenance of stock(spare parts, equipment, etc.) record system.
-Maintain detailed records of all inventory
- Monitoring consumption levels of all items and identifies unusual/abnormal trends.
-Strengthening of inventory management systems through supportive supervisory to all teams, review and reconcile all stock movements for all teams and report abnormal variances
-supervises all monthly stock movements.

Qualifications and Experience

-Business related
-Proven work experience in a similar leadership role.

-technical skills relating to particular field
-good communication and leadership skills
